What its is all about:
Competitors walk or run  through the forest collecting checkpoints, which are shown on the map handed out just before the start. Runners and walkers can cut across the forest and through the sand-dunes whereas mountain bikers must stick to the tracks.

All competitors have one hour to collect as many checkpoints as possible before returning, often in a rush, to the finish. You can compete in teams or individual, its a great social adventure. Get some friends together and give it a go!
